Al Garner, ASTC Programs

Al Garner, Assistant State Conservationist (PROG) manages the Farm Bill Programs, Emergency Watershed Protection, Watershed Dam Rehabilitation, Flood Plain Easements and other water resources related issues. Management is also provided to Pro Tracts, RC&D, CST and Toolkit.
